Microsoft not to buy Yahoo

By Admin | April 6, 2008

Friday last, it cames to my trading platform a feed saying the probably Microsoft would canceel their bid to Yahoo. Here is the news.

Microsoft Corp is evaluating its bid for Yahoo Inc because the Internet company may have lost value since it made its offer, a person familiar with the matter said on Friday.

Microsoft has been repeatedly trying to engage Yahoo’s board in discussions, the person said. But the market has deteriorated and changes in Yahoo’s business may have dragged down its value below what it was when Microsoft made its bid, the person said.

But, being a little bit strange, Yahoo shares plunged up more than 5%. A friend of mine said me to be focus on this opportunity to cach the Yahoo stocks, even for the up or down side. Volatility is empiring on this players.

I’m glad this takeover didn’t go ahead, this would have meant that Microsoft would have had marginally more market share haha. Maybe their pathetic ‘Bing’ search wouldn’t have been created?

Buy PSP Go’s last blog post..Sony Rivaling iTunes App Store?
